Real estate photography is an art form; an art form that is growing in importance everyday. In today's digital age, 44% of home buyers started their search for a new abode online. It may be tempting to snap a few pictures with your phone and call it a day, but this method often does not suffice, and a realtor in Orlando learned that the hard way.

The following home was on the market for 224 days before a new realtor took over and hired professional photographer Henry Lim to handle the listing. Lim delivered his photos to the agent on March 1, and by March 10 a buyer had made an offer. While this must also be attributed to the second agent's skills, the difference in the photos speaks for itself.
